By day I'm a Sr. .Net developer for a medium sized business. I'm currently doing a lot of work with ASP.NET MVC and jQuery. It's a refreshing change from using ASP.NET web forms all the time and feels like Microsoft is finally heading in the right direction when it comes to web development.
In my free time you'll still find me in front of the computer quite a bit playing around with random technology or giving Linux another try to see what's new. I'm impressed with Linux Mint which is essentially just a customized interface built on Unbuntu and Ubuntu is actually built on top of Debian. It gets a little technical explaining the Linux world so I won't digress into that.
I'm currently learning Python so I can build applications using Google's App Engine. This website is actually built using Python and running on App Engine. One of these days I'll get enough time to set up a development environment on Linux and maybe I'll never look back ...
If I'm not on the computer I'm probably out exploring or even more likely I'm at the gym for a couple hours weight lifting.
